Bug ID: 491900 Summary: [feature request] customizable screen layout quick options Classification: Plasma Product: KScreen Version: 6.1.4 Platform: Arch Linux OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: wishlist Priority: NOR Component: OSD and Plasma applet Assignee: kscreen-bugs-n...@kde.org Reporter: tamod...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- SUMMARY This is related to issue https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=491860 Whatever the solution KDE team would come up to that issue I would like that these options would be customizable in a way that user could name the option and set screen enable/disable, resolution, refresh rate and position. EXPECTED RESULT I use 3 different screen setup that I change between them that is tied to my workflow need. I have My use case is this: 1 FHD monitor, 1 WFHD monitor, 1 4k HDMI 2.1 TV the TV is used for multimidia only so I only enable output for it for that use and my 2 monitors are used to work. I use 3 setups: 1- FHD and WFHD enabled, TV disabled 2- FHD and WFHD disabled, TV enabled 3- FHD and WFHD enabled, TV enabled Doing this change manually is annoying so it would greatly help to customize the SUPER + P shortcut for my use case scenario. Extra: Windows somewhat remember this need as primary monitor, scundary monitor and extended. It is a general solution that doen't allow customized options but at least it remembers what I used last.
