I have the same issue since upgrading to Plasma 6.2. I have a triple display
setup, with yakuake configured to use the right-most screen. After every
restart it seems yakuake just chooses a random screen, and the ID of the
right-most screen is also varying (e.g. I can't tell if the right-most screen
will be on ID 1, 2 or 3, it's just trial and error).
