KDE: Built from sources (kdesrc-build)
I have JetBrains Toolbox app installed (https://www.jetbrains.com/toolbox-app/)
and it runs on startup / minimizes with a Panel icon - Recent builds (over the
last week) have stopped showing its icon in the panel.
Going back to distro KDE brings the icon back.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Jetbrains Toolbox app (fuse2 is a dependency)
2. Start it
3. Panel icon is missing
OBSERVED RESULT
Panel icon is missing/reverts to default no-icon.
EXPECTED RESULT
App icon is visible.
