SUMMARY
The touchpad module does not load when opening it from System Settings, however
opening it from the terminal with `kcmshell6 kcm_touchpad` or opening it from
the Most Used Pages section on the homepage of System Settings works fine.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open systemsettings
2. Go to the Mouse & Touchpad category, then Touchpad
OBSERVED RESULT
Blank page.
EXPECTED RESULT
...Not a blank page.
