As a workaround, you can set Spectacle to take screenshots after a short delay
(I use 0.3 seconds) which will give time for things like this to end.
But yeah, unfortunately it's kind of unfixable without making Spectacle always
delay screenshots (which would be annoying) or removing the context menu
fade-out animation (which Spectacle can't guarantee, and which Breeze might not
even want to do, and also 3rd-party themes might not follow suit).
