The bug is totally valid, and now I see why.
It happens non-deterministically due to QtQuick/QML binding loops, so sometimes
TriangleMouseFilter is getting stuck not covering all the Task Manager tasks.
When that happens, of course the filter can not filter the events outsize its
area. On my setup with an RTL locale it happens most of the time, and when it
does — the TriangleMouseFilter is missing one left-most icon.
