Bug ID: 491642 Summary: UI inconsistency of the selection feedback for Networks applet Classification: Plasma Product: plasmashell Version: 6.1.3 Platform: Fedora RPMs OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: System Tray Assignee: plasma-b...@kde.org Reporter: sj13183239...@gmail.com CC: mate...@gmail.com Target Milestone: 1.0 Created attachment 172566 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=172566&action=edit A short video trying to capture this little glitch SUMMARY During the transition when an option is selected, the right side of the highlight box briefly changes from a rounded corner to a square corner, and then changes back, while the left side consistently remains rounded. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open the Networks applet 2. Cursor hovering over the network options OBSERVED RESULT The right side of the highlight box seems to switch from a square corner to a rounded corner during option transitions, while the left side consistently remains rounded, aligning with Plasma 6's visual guidelines. EXPECTED RESULT Both sides of the highlight box should have rounded corners, even during transitions. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 40 KDE spin KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.4 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.5.0 Qt Version: 6.7.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This issue is difficult to convey through static images because once the selected state is stable, both sides are normal rounded corners. The strange little glitch on the right side only appears when the cursor first hovers over an option. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
