SUMMARY
After 6.1.4 update, I cannot use SVG as my wallpaper. Setting SVG as wallpaper
has no effect. I use SVG before the 6.1.4 update, and on the first boot after
the update, my wallpaper was entirely black. It seems plasma can't render them
at all?
journalctl shows no info.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Choose a SVG as wallpaper
OBSERVED RESULT
No effect, the wallpaper doesn't change at all
EXPECTED RESULT
The SVG should be rendered as wallpaper.
