And well I think that are *two* issues. 1) Probably needless folder synchronisations on switching folders on IMAP accounts. (I reported this for maildir accounts but there this seems to be fixed). 2) Slow folder synchronisation. I suggest to keep this bug solely for folder synchronisation speed.
