And well I think that are *two* issues.

1) Probably needless folder synchronisations on switching folders on IMAP
accounts. (I reported this for maildir accounts but there this seems to be
fixed).

2) Slow folder synchronisation.

I suggest to keep this bug solely for folder synchronisation speed. So if you
still see needless folder synchronisations on switching folders on IMAP
accounts, I suggest you report another bug about it and link it here.
