SUMMARY
The not "floating" normal panel does not fill up the bottom of the screen
properly.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enter "Edit Mode"
2. Uncheck "Floating"
3. Observe

OBSERVED RESULT
Small gap between the bottom of the display and the bottom of the panel

EXPECTED RESULT
No gap between the bottom of the display and the bottom of the panel

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This seems to be a bug afaik. Display server is X.Org X11. Only happens when
the panel is positioned at the bottom of the screen.
