Now that spectacle is fixed I can attach video. I used the 'Mouse Click
Animation' kwin effect, so that you can see when I click - look for the red
circles. This is an unmodified tumbleweed iso in a VM but it does this with any
distro. Wayland session - this bug does not effect X11.
Note also the misplaced thumbnail/thumbnail of the wrong app during moves, and
failure to activate a window when clicking its icon after moving one. Just a
few other hints that the applet is confused.
