No I can't reproduce. Open xterm shift-middleclick activate "clipboard" select some text, ctrl-c (it goes to clipboard applet) open konsole, ctl-shift-v - text copied I also can ctl-c some text in browser, and then middleclick in xterm for it to be pasted no problem.
