Unfortunately the screen recording shows like 5 different potential bugs. In
the future please try to show only one issue per screen report. :) We did a lot
of work for Plasma 6.2 to improve the behavior of moving widgets between
desktops and panels that should fix these issues.
If, after upgrading to Plasma 6, you can still experience any issues, please
open new bug reports for them — one per issue. Thanks!
