SUMMARY: When you have a floating panel of any kind and you maximize a window
that window is partially behind the panel until you wiggle the mouse around for
a bit. Works as expected when the panel is not set to floating
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a floating panel
2. Maximize window
3. Wiggle mouse around

Window is partially behind the panel

Window should be below the panel
