SUMMARY
The Virtual Keyboard on the login/lock screen pre-selected keyb layout is not
the correct/localized one for the selected user (it shows the American
English). The correct one is available on the list, but it should be
pre-selected.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select the keyboard layout you want at installation or in the Settings.
2. On the login/lock screen the Virtual Keyboard does not show the
correct/localized keyb layout for the selected user (it shows the American
English).
OBSERVED RESULT
On the login/lock screen the Virtual Keyboard does not show the correct
localized keyb layout for the selected user (it shows the American English).
EXPECTED RESULT
The pre-selected keyb layout on the Virtual Keyboard on the login/lock screen
should be the correct localized one for the selected user instead of the
American English.
