Presumably valgrind should be excluding the signals that it reserves for
internal use when it does the mapping from the user requested mask to the mask
that we pass on to the kernel...
To be honest I thought that was all virtualised through m_signal and the system
call wrappers all called into that and let it work out how to synchronise that
to the kernel?
