SUMMARY
No index number in title bar when multiple instances of an app is opened as
observed in plasma5.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open krusader
2. Open another krusader
3. Note that there is no way to tell which instance is which.
OBSERVED RESULT
Krusader is displayed in title bar
EXPECTED RESULT
Krusader is displayed in title bar in the first instance and Krusader<2> is
displayed in the second instance
