For some reason you chose to omit OS name from system version information, so I'm not sure which command to suggest, but I guess it's probably journalctl. If the problem is only about system tray in panel, then it's probably a Wayland bug with applets popups sometimes being zero-sized (I encounter it on dev/master builds regularly). If it's about hidden applets in the system tray popup itself, then it's a duplicate of BUG 452732 -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
