An example of trying to highlight a panel widget.
SUMMARY
You cannot edit any widgets on the right hand side when in panel configuration
mode because the panel settings cover options available when hovering over
widgets. This can easily be fixed by making the Panel Settings be behind
everything.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have panel at bottom of desktop
2. Show Configuration Panel
3. Try and hover over panel widgets on the right hand side of panel
OBSERVED RESULT
Cannot edit panel widgets
EXPECTED RESULT
The ability to edit panel widgets
