Cannot "redo" deleting layer
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Delete Layer
2. Undo it with shortcut
3. Redo it with shortcut
OBSERVED RESULT
The layer is not deleted
EXPECTED RESULT
The layer should be deleted
