I'm sorry, but this bug is very difficult to reproduce. I've already tried
suspending the system 50 times. I'm now on Plasma 6.1.3, KDE Frameworks 6.4.0,
QT 6.7.2, Linux 6.10.2 so maybe got fixed? IDK. I can't attach the log anyway
because of the comment length limit.
Anyway I did some further searching and turns out this is a libinput issue not
Plasma shell issue... So yeah close this if you like.
