Widget popup under the panel popup
SUMMARY
I'm trying to delete a widget from the plasma panel. The only way for that
seems to use the on-hover panel. But it's hidden under the panel settings
panel.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click on the panel and open the configuration window.
2. Change its position to the right side?
3. Hover on the widget near the center.
4. Try to close it lol.
OBSERVED RESULT
I cannot remove a widget.
EXPECTED RESULT
On-hover panel is on top and I can remove a widget with it.
