This applies to everything that is krunner-based (like kickoff, krunner itself,
or the overview screen) so moving there.
I'm pretty sure this is intentional - many of the search categories only apply
from the third letter (and sometimes even more) on, to avoid completely
irrelevant matches.
But I guess the information presented could be a bit more informative to the
user, conveying something to the effect of "type more to enable more search
results".
