1. Launch Kate

Kate doesn't run.

Kate 23.08.4 (current latest/stable version) runs normally.

I'm unsure whether or not Kate or its snap exclusively support KDE Plasma, but
I haven't been informed by the Kate/KDE Snapcraft page, the tracker or Kate
itself about it. Thanks for the awesome text editor!
