Some applications on the system fail to open and require a complete system
restart to function again. This issue occurs intermittently without any
specific error messages. The system otherwise appears to be running normally,
but these applications do not respond when launched. All standard
troubleshooting steps, such as updating the software and checking for
conflicts, have not resolved the issue. The problem persists across different
applications, suggesting a deeper system-level issue.
