This was implemented for KF6 and Plasma 6; for more information see the
developer's blog here:

https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/kxmlgui/-/merge_requests/194. Users can also
configure the specific shortcut if Shift-F10 is not suitable for them, this is
possible in System Settings > Keyboard > Shortcuts > View > Open Context Menu.
If there are individual KDE applications not yet supporting this, please file a
separate bug against that specific application.
