SUMMARY
The Meta key stops working if i execute `plasmashell --replace`
The application launcher won't open and none of Meta+1 shortcuts do anything on
the taskbar.
If i use `kquitapp6 plasmashell && kstart plasmashell` however meta key works
as usual
Sorry if this is not a bug but i couldn't find anywhere stating that this is
intentional.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. run `plasmashell --replace` from terminal
OBSERVED RESULT
Meta key stops working
EXPECTED RESULT
Meta key works or documentation clears this up
