I'm not using Neon; Fedora 40, albeit fully updated. I've not experienced this
since I reported it, actually: to verify, performing the actions depicted in
https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=170809&action=edit doesn't yield any
broken KCMs anymore.
