SUMMARY
The Krita UI appears to run very slowly. Every menu interaction, tool change,
and even simply clicking outside of the canvas causes a 5-10 second delay in
the desired action. When drawing in canvas and not using the rest of the UI,
everything is fine, so this is not a GL problem. Uninstalling, rebooting,
reinstalling does not fix it. Setting all setting back to default does not fix
it.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start up Krita and open file.
2. Do anything involving the UI - At ALL
3. Attempt to work.
OBSERVED RESULT
A long delay in UI responsiveness.
EXPECTED RESULT
A normal, reasonably snappy response time from the UI.
