Could you tell, what is your graphical tablet model and manufacturer? The
standard solution we recommend in such cases is to try a different tablet API,
i.e. WinInk. But given that you use Windows Vista, which got deprecated by
Microsoft long ago, I guess it is not possible.
Basically, my recommendation is to update your Windows and try WinInk tablet
API. Some graphical tablets support WinTab better, others support WinInk
better. It depends on the manufacturer.
