  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
I recently updated my system and rebooted, entered a Wayland KDE session and
tried to open system settings, it won't.
Using an arch-derivative distro, CachyOS, fully updated.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use KDE on Wayland
2. Try to open systemsettings 6.1.3

OBSERVED RESULT
The app appears in the taskbar, but no window appears.
If ran from a terminal, it shows
`qt.qpa.wayland: eglSwapBuffers failed with 0x300d, surface: 0x0`

EXPECTED RESULT
The app should open normally and render a window.
