STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Display Configuration KCM
2. change any setting
3. apply the change
4. observe the keep/revert dialog until the countdown reaches 9 seconds
OBSERVED RESULT
the dialog is resized when the countdown reaches 9 seconds. Please watch the
attached screen recording.
EXPECTED RESULT
the observed result should not occur
