The problem is known. We now only use ExifTool for the video date. However,
there are two options. The QuickTime UTC date in the video files should be UTC,
and it is also OK for smartphone videos. But there are also many camera devices
that write UTC but set a local date. I have not yet set the ExifTool
QuickTimeUTC flag, so no conversion is taking place. We will probably have to
ignore users with incorrect UTC information in their camera devices.
