EXPECTED RESULT expect to open yast SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: macOS: Linux/KDE Plasma: (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: KDE Frameworks Version: Qt Version: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION had the latest version update of Suse leap 15.5 installed flatpack on 24-0716. Seems to have solved the problem. I can now drag icons from the Application Menu to the toolbar and they work as expected. I left one icon (for kmail) on the toolbar that is still calling the error message.
