Screenshot showing cutoff notifcation popup

SUMMARY
I have a small auto-hidden panel in the bottom right corner of my screen that
has the system tray.
I have a vertical panel on the left side of my screen with Application
Launcher, and Icons Only Task Manager
Notification popups are cut off. I assume that they are pushed right the width
of the left panel.

I also experienced this running KDE Neon with KDE Plasma 6.0

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Put a panel that fills the left side of the screen (Mine is 44xscreen
height)
2. Put a panel that only has the system tray on the bottom of the screen
2a. Make it align right
2b. Make it fit content
3. Generate a notification popup: copy a large file, remove a panel or widget,
etc

OBSERVED RESULT
The right side of the notification popup is off screen

EXPECTED RESULT
The notification popup should be entirely on screen

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma:
KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.3.0
Qt Version: 6.7.2
