SUMMARY
When I suspend my laptop, sometimes the touchpad does not work properly after
resuming. When I try and move the mouse cursor with one finger on the touchpad,
nothing happens. When I use two fingers, the cursor moves. When I use 3
fingers, the page scrolls up and down. My USB mouse works just fine.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log in to Plasma Wayland
2. Suspend the computer
3. Resume from suspend

OBSERVED RESULT
When I try and move the mouse cursor with one finger on the touchpad, nothing
happens. When I use two fingers, the cursor moves. When I use 3 fingers, the
page scrolls up and down. Note that this happens rarely.

EXPECTED RESULT
When I try and move the mouse cursor with one finger on the touchpad, the
cursor moves. When I use two fingers, the page scrolls up and down. This should
always be the case.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux kernel: 6.9.9-arch1-1
KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.3.0
Qt Version: 6.7.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
My laptop is a Dell Latitude 3400. I am using KDE Plasma Wayland session. I am
running SDDM in Wayland mode with Kwin as the compositor.
