With no fixed or maximum width set, a ToolButton using the TextUnderIcon
display style won't wrap long labels; they'll just go on and on.
But if you do set a fixed or maximum width, the button itself will get a fixed
width, but the label will simply get cut off instead of wrapping. Oops.
