SUMMARY
Add an option, per display, to snap vertically instead of horizontally.
I'd like to be able to snap two windows, on top of each other, on my vertical
monitor, by dragging the window to the top or bottom of the screen. There's
already a tiling option for "Windows dragged to the left or right edge", I'd
like an equivalent for the top and bottom edges.
