Inside a vertical panel oftentimes the line chart based widgets do not show
legend but it only can be shown when clicked on the widget.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a wide vertical panel
2. Add multiple line chart based widgets
OBSERVED RESULT
widgets do not show legend sometimes
EXPECTED RESULT
widgets should show legend
