The problem happened when I had one maximized window for Konsole or Dolphin open but not if there were two maximized windows open at the same time. I haven't seen a crash when Konsole or Dolphin weren't maximized, but I normally had them maximized. I increased the Window open scale and Window close scale to 1.00 in Scale in Desktop Effects in System Settings, and I saw the same crash when clicking on the Konsole icon to maximize it.
