Can confirm that the bug is still there.
I have the Nvidia driver 555.58.02
KDE Plasma 6.1.2
OS is up to date.
After login to KDE 6.1.2 + Wayland both monitors go into standby when HDR is
activated. After deleting the file "~/.config/kwinoutputconfig.json" the login
is possible. HDR is then deactivated.
