SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. turn on two monitors {Samsung OdysseuG952xUHD , projektor Optoma UHD 4k}
2. power on PC
3. hangs
OBSERVED RESULT
with only one monitor it is working, doesn't matter which one
the problem showed after few latest upgrades by system
