SUMMARY
When I add a plot to 2D Graph, for example:  "y=3x^2' and try to zoom it in by
scrolling the whell, the app becomes very laggy, stops responding and crashes.
Adding simply "3x^2" works just fine.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a plot as described in summary
2. Try to zoom the plot in with mouse wheel

OBSERVED RESULT
The app hangs up.

EXPECTED RESULT
Zooming works as expected
