STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Invoke krunner
2. Launch any program
OBSERVED RESULT
The starting working directory of the launched program will be the root
directory "/", rather than the home directory "~", an easy way to test this is
to launch any terminal emulator, which will show the current directory as "/"
EXPECTED RESULT
The program is launched in the home directory
