SUMMARY
When shading and unshading window, sometime the window size is not restored and
only a window height of maybe a few pixels is visible to pull down for
resizing.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. shade the window
2. move window titlebar around, or switch to another desktop and back again
3. unshade the window

OBSERVED RESULT

Windows fails to restore to original size it was before.

EXPECTED RESULT

Show window in its previous size.
