Hi Marc,
It's probably an issue with your graphics card/drivers. Or something specific
to a particular brush preset where the outline calculation is broken. Does it
happel with all brush presets? Does it happen if you disable the brush outline
cursor in the settings? Does it still happen if you disable opengl altogether?
If in both cases, the black bar disappears, then it's an opengl/driver issue.
