SUMMARY
In System Settings, searching for 'colorblind' and similar variations doesn't
bring up the 'Colorblindness Correction' desktop effect. On the other hand,
searching for 'shake cursor' does bring up 'Desktop Effects' as an option in
the search menu, even though it no longer has its settings there.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. search for 'colorblind' or 'shake cursor' in System Settings

OBSERVED RESULT
'Colorblindness Correction' isn't given as a recommendation when searching for
'colorblind'
'Desktop Effects' is given as a recommendation when searching for 'shake
cursor'

EXPECTED RESULT
The search term 'colorblind' should lead to the 'Colorblindness Correction'
desktop effect.
The search term 'shake cursor shouldn't lead to the 'Desktop Effects' KCM
