I have a wish to hide the menu bar. One main reason is to free up space, and
because many KDE apps provide this option, including kate, kwrite, and other
katepart apps, excluding Kile.
Here are some other apps that allow hiding: Dolphin, KMail, Konsole, Okular,
Kate, KWrite, KAddressBook, and so on.
