SUMMARY
When dragging a window or right click to context menu. cursors turns to cross.
It;s happening in Brave browser, chrome browser or chromium related product
eg. Ferdium.
It is also reported in

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install chrome/ brave
2. right click and hold
