SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Try to assign a key that is already bound to a new shortcut

OBSERVED RESULT
The old shortcut is triggered when binding the new shortcut.

EXPECTED RESULT
The old shortcut shouldn't be triggered.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Seems to be caused by
https://invent.kde.org/plasma/kglobalacceld/-/commit/219499707e1f85d318bb23ce305de4f3cb0e0eb3.
Not sure how this should be fixed without breaking support for modifier-only
shortcuts on x11.
